PLEASE help me here.. HOW DO I FTP??

i want to put up files on my already-registered and re-delegated domain,
blueruin.com.. i have LeechFTP.. what is the ACTUAL Public DNS (granite canyon)
IP address, or is it just down.. and what is the PASSWORD and the USERNAME i
would use in the FTP program..can anyone tell me what id use??   im new at
this, slow etc. but id really like to know here. thanks a lot
