Ok I haven't done extensive testing but on 3 different computers with
different configurations the port for Bind 8.2.2 p5 has done the exact same
thing. What it does is only bind to one IP address per network adapter. So
if you plan on using Bind on a different IP on the same like I did you
can't. The only person on here who I have talked to who uses Bind 8.2.2 for
Bind is Len Conrad and he uses only one IP address for the computer. I also
talked with someone else who had the exact same problem. I have been in
contact with the author for this port, but of course it is not warrantied or
anything so I don't expect him to waste his valuable time in making a new
version for a few people out there. I would have liked to use it but there
are other ports of lower versions. I just wanted everyone to be aware of the
problem I have found so it doesn't happen to anyone else. Luckily it wasn't
a mission critical thing I was doing and was testing it extensively before
implementing. Thanks for all who helped with the process.
