Non-authoritative answer - should be authoritative

Because either your name server is misconfigured or else there are
syntax errors in the zone file for your domain which prevent it from
being loaded by the name server. Try reading the name server's logs.
They should indicate what the problem is. Or at least what line(s) of
what file(s) cause the problem....
