Bind8 does every 4sec a DNS-lookup

Aha,
why does my ns such querry´s to get the current list of root servers and
how can I stop that behavoir?
I already copyed the current version of root.hint from rs.internic.net!

ps.: There were 2 mistakes in my named.conf. The forwarders expression
and the chache expression. Actually I correct the forwarders and removed
the chache expression!
