I download bind 8.2x
I have nt4.0 sp6a
dsl connection the net
bind is running as a service.

Question:
What is the name of the name server
Where is this setup from?

The ip address is 216.184.208.171
I do a nslookup - 216.184.208.171

Dos Screen:
dns request timed out.
timeout was 2 seconds.
*** can't find server name for address 216.184.208.171: timed out
default server: unknown
address : 216.184.208.171

Question:
so what is fix to this problem
