DNS reverse problem. only internally works and for class C

You list xlink1.xlink.net as a secondary server for 165.163.in-addr.arpa,
but it doesn't seem to be configured as one.  It's secondary for
203.165.163.in-addr.arpa, but not the class B reverse domain.
