nslookup fails on secondary DNS

Hello All,

I am running BIND 4.X on Windows NT 4.0

Everything is running fine with the primary DNS Server,

However, when I checked the secondary DNS and tried to use the 'nslookup' utility it gave me the following,

C:\>nslookup
*** Can't find server name for address 212.76.68.201: Server failed
*** Default servers are not available
Default Server:  UnKnown
Address:  212.76.68.201

when I do the same on my primary server it gives no errors and nothing. The secondary DNS is getting the zone list from the primary DNS with no problem. 

Any ideas why this is happening????
