It's the same as for *nix, 'cept the "listen-on" interface is broken 
because a bug in the NT port of 8.2.2 p5 only listens on the "lowest" NT 
tcp/ip address.

zone files are identical between BIND8 on *nix and NT (even W2K DNS, 
afaics). What's your evidence to the contrary?
