database dump in Windows BIND

	You could configure the server to accept control commands
	from a unix box and use it's "ndc" to tell the server to
	dump it database.  Note with BIND 8 this is not particularly
	secure as it is possible to spoof a TCP connection.  BIND 9
	uses cryptographically signed messages.
