secondary DNS problem

Hi all,
afranet.com has DNS problems. Some emails 
reach to our mail server but some ( like the one whcih
I have attached the failure report ) cannot find our
name server. From the 2 name servers of afranet.com
registered at the Internic, The 2nd one is unavailable
because our provider has changed our assigned IP
addresses ( Just now we are negotiating to Internic in
order to change the IP address). But I cannot
understand why our primary DNS cannot serve some
requests.
Does anybody have an idea about the problem?
