If you want hosts on each NIC to show a different host name for it, you
will have to use a different name server for each network, containing
just that name-to-host translation.  Alternately, you could make sure
that each name is in a different domain, or has a different name in the
same domain.  Both approaches have worked for me, when there were
different needs.
