You need a to configure your "named.conf" file to load the zones for the
domains, you also need a db or database file for each domain your hosting,
follow the example's in "named.conf". If you using Linux it is probably
in /var/named/named.conf, FreeBSD uses /etc/namedb/named.conf. As for
setting up the db files for each domain, go and buy Oreilly's "DNS and
BIND" 3rd edition which covers BIND 8.
