Make error

Hi,

I have the problem compiling BIND 8.2.2 patchlevel 5, my operate system is 
Linux RedHat 6.1

My error is:
gcc -D_GNU_SOURCE -O -g   -o addr addr.o \
        ../../lib/libbind.a -lfl
/usr/bin/ld: cannot open -lfl: No such file or directory
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make[2]: *** [addr] Error 1
make[2]: Leaving directory `/var/opt/src/bin/addr'
make[1]: *** [addr] Error 2
make[1]: Leaving directory `/var/opt/src/bin'
make: *** [all] Error 2

How can I resolve thi problem?
