Win2K and resolv.conf

I'm trying to figure out if it is possible to configure Win2K DNS server 
so that I can use my reslover to use myself as a name service where my 
ISP's DHCP Server appears to be telling me what nameservers to use via 
DHCP. It has been suggested I need to change resolver.conf if it was 
UNIX, I don't know how to go about this for NT. Once found, I'd also 
need to know how indeed one would configure Win2K to use yourself and 
ignore nameserver info in DHCP and use statically configured info 
instead.
