Domain Regisrtation Problem in Japan

If the registry for .jp only has forms in Japanese and you want to
register a name with them, you have to play by their rules. So this
means you probably need to find a Japanese translator to help you fill
in the form or else spend a lot of time learning the language. Maybe
there's someone at the Japanese NIC who might be able to help?
