Pointer to docs for 4.9 -- > 8.2 Upgrade??

	Well the current release is 8.2.2-P5, not 8.2.  I would be upgrading
	to the most resent release.

	As for named-bootconf:
		named-bootconf < /etc/named.boot > /etc/named.conf
