"ndc reconfig" vs "ndc reload"

In BIND 8.1.2, I thought that 'ndc reload' only reloaded the zone files and
you had to do a 'ndc restart' to re-read the config file (named.conf). Has
this changed for version 8.2.2p5?

"ndc reconfig" only reads the config file. It will add and delete whole
zones based on changes there, but it won't go looking for updated zone
files. "ndc reload" does everything "ndc reconfig" does, and also looks
for zone files that have been modified since the last time they were
loaded.
