Intermittent failures

How about telling us the name of that CNAME so that someone could
check it out? And the delegation for the zone containing the CNAME,
and the servers for that zone. And details of your name server...
Would you go to a doctor and expect a diagnosis on the strength of
saying "I feel sick"?
