in-addr zone file w/ 255.255.255.248 subnet help : )

Greetings,

Does anyone know if this zone file is setup correct?

in my named.conf I have:

zone "192-27.16.7.216.in-addr.arpa" {
type master;
file "db.192-27.16.7.216";
}

In the db file I have:

$ORIGIN 16.7.216.IN-ADDR.ARPA.
192-27          IN      SOA    
montserrat.reujus.com.
root.reujus.com. (
                1998082712
                21600 3600 604800 86400 )
                IN      NS     
montserrat.reujus.com.
                IN      NS      barbuda.reujus.com.
$ORIGIN 192-27.16.7.216.IN-ADDR.ARPA.
195             IN      PTR    
montserrat.reujus.com.
196             IN      PTR     barbuda.reujus.com.

Everyone is replicating to the net okay, so I would
think the file is correct!  Although, when I attempt
to do a nslookup <enter> or nslookup 10.10.10.10 etc
it hangs for a bit and then says server not found. 
I've looked at named -f -d5 and it says something to
the effect of reujus.com not found in search or
something.

Any ideas?  I really appreciate your help.
