You can run it on a PDA with Linux.

Beyond that, it depends a little on how many zones you're serving, and
more importantly, what type of query load you expect to get.  With BIND
8, you need to have enough RAM to have all unexpired cache in memory,
and enough CPU to handle all the queries you expect to get.  With BIND
9, there will be somewhat more graceful sloughing of cache when the
memory limit is reached.
