Unknown NT error message.

I was wondering if anyone knows what causes the following error messages:

The DNS server encountered an invalid domain name offset in a packet.  The
offset is the error.
The DNS server encountered a bad packet from 209.117.250.4.  Packet
processing leads beyond packet length.

I have gotten a few complaints and these are errors from the complaintants
nt event log.  I'm running Bind 8.2.2 P5 on NT 4.0 sp6a
The 209.117.250.4 is my primary dns server ns1.mailbits.com.
