BIND 8.2.3 T4B won't compile for NT

We get the following msg when trying to produce BINDInstall.exe, nsupdate:

"couldn't link libbind.dll because of an "unresolved external symbol _fchown "

Message = "Creating library Release/libbind.lib and object Release/libbind.exp
logging.obj : error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol _fchown
..\bin\Release\libbind.dll : fatal error LNK1120: 1 unresolved externals
Error executing link.exe."


Any suggestions?
