dot problem

Hi,

We use an NT based, old BIND (v4.9.5) server as
an internal name server.
As I remember I didn't change anything in the 
last 2 months, but if I try to browse an address
on the net this error message pops up;

"Internet Explorer cannot open the Internet site http://www.matav.hu/. 
A connection with the server could not be established"

I have seen this dot problem before, but I don't remember the
solution. 
We use our firewall as a forwarder.
