WIn 95 resolver problem

Greetings,

Does anyone have information on resolving a WIN 95 problem with the
resolver.  I have more than one entry in my DNS definition window, however,
when the first choice is unavailable win95 dows not use the second choice,
or for that matter the third choice... Is there a patch for this ? Other
than upgrading to Linux or some other OS( not viable on over 1200
machines-right away)
