You obviously haven't searched the archives for this group on www.deja.com,
since it's been answered dozens of times in the past few months.

You need to add a $TTL directive at the beginning of the file to specify
the default TTL.  Prior to 8.2, the default TTL came from the MinTTL field
in the SOA record, but that was changed in order to conform to RFC 2308
(that field is now the negative cache TTL).
