1)  Change NS-RR data to indicate that your servers are the servers.
	(I think you did this as part of your change)
2)  Notify the upstream domain handler about the change in servers.
	(did you do this?)
3)  Old domain servers should cancel/remove your domain or become secondary.
	(did they do this?)
