Generating /etc/hosts from zone files?

If it's "dns2hosts", "mkhosts" and "dnsparse.pl", then it's mine. The
package was called "dnsparse", and it's (still) at:
ftp://ftp.cse.ogi.edu/pub/dnsparse-2.1.tar.gz
