NS and recursive? query

Sorry, this doesn't work.  Referrals must be for a deeper domain than the
one that the server is presumed to be authoritative for, i.e. they're only
allowed when you've delegated a subdomain.  Otherwise you get the error
"countrydog.com !< countrydog.com" logged.
