You don't have reverse DNS configured on your server.

You don't have a $TTL statement in your 127.0.0.db zone file, to set the
default TTL. Insert:
$TTL 999999
at the beginning of the file.
These questions have been answered numerous times, haven't they? Can't you
check the archives first?
