Your name server's IP address doesn't reverse map back to its name.
To have it reverse map correctly, you need a PTR record like this:

12.141.62.206.in-addr.arpa.  IN  PTR  ns1.hostitforfree.com.

You can either request that the folks who run ns5.itsoftware.com add it,
since they seem to run the 141.62.206.in-addr.arpa zone, or you can
ask them to set up RFC 2317 classless in-addr.arpa delegation.
