Unsuccessful DNS resolution redirect

I would like to be able to return an ip address for unsuccessful dns queries
from certain client ip's.  I figure I'll probably have to edit my local bind
source to do this, and I was wondering if anyone had any
pointers/patches/whatever that I might find helpful.  I can probably wade
through the source to figure it out, but it'll take me a while ;o)
