  PBI delegated reverse for your ip address(es) to you as recommended 
by rfc 2317. Your name server should be configured to be authoritative for
the zone "32.82.212.207.in-addr.arpa".
  Then in the data file for the zone you'd have ptr records like

35 IN PTR host.name.

  You should probably have some sort of documentation from PBI
detailing this.
