Reverse DNS

I am having a problem with Reverse DNS for my domain mitchellrepair.com
If I look up the following address 35.82.212.207.in-addr.arpa for PTR
records,
the return information tells me

Name:  35.82.212.207.in-addr.arpa Type=CNAME Class=1 TTL=3882
CNAME=35.32.82.212.207.in-addr.arpa

Clearly this is incorrect. The reverse lookup should be resolving to
ns.mitchellrepair.com

I am primary DNS and the ISP is secondary. I have called them and their
response is the problem
is on my side. Locally on the server, when I look up this information I
receive the correct information.

Is there any where to determine how or where this information is being
cached? Do ISPs that are secondary
DNS providers manually key in any information.

Thanks

Paula
