automatic secondary dns : any script available ?

I currently have two servers, one acting as primary DNS,
and the second as secondary. When I want to add a domain,
I have to login on both servers, which is quite annoying :
I'd like to make this automaticaly, using for example
a mail trigger or a CGI. 

Is there already such a thing available ? Otherwise I'll
program something myself using perl. Shouldn't take
much time, but well, if it already exists, please tell me :)
