BIND 8.2: 99% server load when lame delegation occurs (reprised)

I'm sure that you have already tried to contact the person who
registered the domains by looking them up in the WHOIS database, and
then tried to ask the InterNIC yourself to remove the domains.

Since the domains aren't doing anyone any good right now, the best
suggestion I can make for an immediate fix is to create empty zones for
these domains, and flag them as junkbusters.  Keep pestering the
InterNIC to remove your hosts as authoritative servers for those
domains.

I am made sufficiently curious by these several allegations that BIND
8.2 has broken the fix for lame server cycling, that I think I'll try
to look at the code for that some time "real soon now".  ;-)  Alligator
level allowing.  ;-)  ;-)
