Some little questions from a beginner

I have to do an ugly job: to install a DNS
on a lot of Win98 PC.

After a little reserce I see that BIND DNS is
free and used by many people.

Can I use it on a Win98 system?
What is the differences between version 4 and
version 8?
Is it easy to install?
Where can I find it?
Do some translated installtion guide exist in
language different from english?
