yes, you can do this.  you do need a distinct
secondary, though.  check with
http://www.granitecanyon.com/ for an option.  i know
someone that is running 4 domains on one static ip,
doing primary on one of them (all 4 could be done).
four is a little tedious to set up, and you can't cover
all the bases, but you can do it.  one, like yours
would be easy to do.  you can do the whole thing by
yourself with the exception of the arpa delegation for
your ip address.  the owner of the address block needs
to do that for you.
