DNS managing Tool

Hello !
I`m trying to manage a large range of DNS Entries for many Companies.
It´s indeed  very difficult to keep an overvierw of all entries.
Especially when one Departement moves to other locations within
another IP Net. 

To keep the DNS konsistent I´m looking for a smart (maybe Perl Script)
DNS Tool, which is able to check all Entries in (incl. reverse
mapping) and sends me an log of all events. 

Any hints ?
