problem in second DNS (fwd)

Michael,
It seems sometime it is ok to reache it, sometime not.
and also, it seems after I did named.restart it will work for an hour and
dead again.
The following is the dead time ( it seems not only for this site but all the
outside our network)
tscc2#nslookup 203.50.0.24

tscc2#dig ns1.telstra.net

By the way, could you please tell me what do you mean query it?
