Bind 8.2.1 problem

Hello All,

  I have installed bind 8.2.1 on Solaris 2.6 (ultra sparc 5)

  The problem is it resolves within the internal domain but fails to do
so outside our domain giving following error :

*** mymachine.mydomain can't find m/c-outside-mydomain: No response from 
server

  Can anyone enlighten on what is the prob. and of course solution also !!

   And yes...we are behind firewall !!
