this is a possible answer as I did a simple 'ndc stop' and 'ndc start' out
from /tmp. Now, I did it again out of /etc and this message wasn't logged
again.

Well, the name server 'ds5000.technodat.co.at' is the master of
'technodat.de'.
'ibmwp1' is and was never a server. As the slave server 'ibmwp2' has no
development software installed, I do all work on 'ibmwp1' which is seen in
the line

I assume named incorrectly use this information for it's query ...

is a big NS of our ISP which I think is better to forward to than query a
root server ? Btw. we also use their 193.101.111.10 ...
