8.2 requires default TTLs to be specified using the $TTL directive, rather
than using the Minimum TTL field of the SOA record. This is the change
that gets everyone, and results in at least one posting a week asking what
the log message "No default TTL specified, using SOA minimum" means.

8.2 also rejects zone files when it reports "<name> has CNAME and other
data". Previous releases warned about this but didn't reject the zone
file.
