IPv6 uses the same routing technology as IPv4, namely hierarchical
connectivity provider based routing. IPv6 does not use "geographical"
addressing.  Also, unless you constrain geographical regions to have
exactly one connectivity provider, geographical addressing is _not_
efficient for routing.
