Currently things run fine, as it seems.

I see allocations like:

To me it looks as if the logged time is one hour off my local timezone 
(CET). It would be great to fix that.

Correct. It was completely quiet over night which is expected: no PCs 
turned on, no users with mobiles etc on site.
