[Kea-users] Can KEA trigger webhooks?

Definition of “real webhook” can/will vary with each user.  I’m not aware of any Kea hook that is designed to make an HTTP API call.  List of available hooks provided by ISC:

Likely that writing a tool/script to make your web service calls using the run_script hook is option with lowest LoE using a vendor supported hook.

Possible a 3rd party developed hook may exist that fits your needs.  ISC has listed some 3rd party hooks but no hooks for web service calls are listed.  See  https://gitlab.isc.org/isc-projects/kea/-/wikis/Hooks-available
As mentioned in list, you may want to try searching GitHub for candidates as well.

You can also develop your own hook should the ISC provided hooks not suffice for your needs:
