[Kea-users] Locking the lease tables

I'm working on an API to add and remove reservations in a MySQL database
back end for Kea. I have concerns over the edge case of picking an unused
IP only to have a DHCP request come in and get that IP from me.

How does Kea handle the lease tables being locked? Will it just wait until
they are unlocked or will that break it terribly?
