This is curious. Could you provide us with a little more information,
please?

We want to figure out why the server is stopping - if it's something
external that is killing it, or if it's something internal - for
example, trying to process a packet.

We want to know which version of DHCP you are using (perhaps you are
running an older version with known bugs).

Can you retrieve the DHCP server logs and provide those as well?
