Extending subnet config in cluster mode

Hi @all!

I need to update my dhcp clusters' subnet config. The question is, howto do this cleanly?

Shutdown the secondary -> add subnets -> start again
shutdown primary -> add subnets -> start again

What happens if the secondary syncs the new config when the primary does not have it yet? Are these updates ignored?
