The vendor is aware of the issue now and will release a new firmware
that will fix the issue. This is possible with good, responsive vendors,
but there might be vendors in the future that are less cooperative or
just don't see the issue.

It new people everytime, past issues are not documented so new people
make the same mistakes all over again. Welcome to reality.
