dhcpd leases: abandonded

No, I don't believe this is marking the lease as Abandoned. dhcpd is 
only giving up using that IP for that client.

If you quickly look in the lease file it won't have the word 
"abandoned;" in the lease.

As I said it is perhaps an unfortunate choice of words in the log entry.
